Unity Candle prayer

Did anyone get a unity candle package - with the 2 tapered candles and one fat candle?
Was there a prayer in the box?
Our priest said there would be one in the box, but I am making ours, and I just wondered what the prayer was

Could it be one of these?
I bought my unity candle (Lenox) off Ebay so sorry but look here, and ask your priest.
