unity candle question????

Has ANYONE used domesticdivasfancy from etsy?????

I ordered my unity candle and memorial candle from her back in February and still havent received it.....I know she goes in month order but this is a little outrageous. Theres about 2 1/2 weeks till my wedding and I have no unity candle and she won't answer my phone calls, emails, or text messages......

Wow, I can't see how it could take that long for a unity candle. Can you cancel the order and get it somewhere else?

I got mine from an Etsy vendor. Her name is wreathartist. She e-mailed me a sample in like 12 hours. You can try her. If you explain to her your situation maybe she can do a little rush on yours.

I just received a text from her saying that the 'august' candles will be complete this weekend.......so maybe I will have it within the next 2 weeks? Its coming from Indiana

me either but according to her....she does her orders by month...so even though i ordered it in february she didnt start it till june...and as we speak she is still finishing it....

EXACTLY....my next attempt was getting fh on the phone to call her....

I used her and ordered in February as well. She was so on top of getting the proofs for the memorial candle that I ordered the unity candle too. She would then take weeks to get back to me with new proofs and when I finally chose one I waited, and waited, and waited. I just got them in the mail 2 weeks ago, and I have to say I wasn't really impressed with the quality. Whatever though, it's too late now! Sorry you're going through this. I'm definitely giving her a bad review on Etsy

That is a ridiculous wait time. In her policy section she should tell her cust what to expect... Sorry you have to deal with this. When you get the candle blast her @$$ on feedback!
