Unity Candles Holders
So two weeks ago I was on the hunt for a set of Unity Candles Holders. I found a set that I was in love with. Then I found this website 'Shamrock Gifts' and order with them since they gave the best price. So lets fast forward to the end of last week when I received the package. It was the incorrect set. (so disappointed. I wanted the Claddagh Unity Candle holders and they sent the Celtic Unity Candle holders. They are beautiful, but had my heart set on the ones that I picked.
So now to today! I have tried the company via phone and e-mail and have received absolutely NO response from anyone. All I want to do is return what I received and get the correct order.
Ugh. Below are pictures of the holders. The 1st picture is of the one that I received (Celtic) and the 2nd photo is of the one that I want (Claddagh).
Update - Finally got in touch with someone from the company

Re: Unity Candles Holders
ugh sorry you're going through this - just keep calling them - maybe they're closed on the weekends and don't open until 10 or something? be persistent! or call your cc company and cancel the order

Re: Unity Candles Holders
I personally don't see or understand why you need holders. We have what I think is by far the nicest unity candle I've ever seen, and it's over 16 inches tall. I see no reason to get a holder for it. I think it will just look way too tremendous that way, and I don't want that.It can totally stand alone. Why don't you just get a nice set of candlestick holders for the tapers and be done with it? Seems like that would make things a whole lot easier....

Did you pay for it to include the candles too or just the holders?
