Anyone know of interesting, non-banquet-hall-type venues on LI for receptions? Parks, historic sites, museums, etc... We also want to do an outdoor ceremony. We are getting married Sept. or Oct. 2005, having somewhere between 60-90 guests. Trying to keep it in Suffolk but we're open to other possibilities.
Any recommendations?

The Bayard Cutting Arboretum...forget which town it is in, but it's definately suffolk (near Sayville)

The arboretum is soo nice. I dont know if you can have weddings there or not.
