Hi Ladies, So i removed the labels from my wine bottles( all 9 cases) by soaking them in oxiclean and water. It worked great! I got the labels FH design printed at staples today and had to see how the labels looked on the bottle!!
WHAT DO YOU THINK!?!!!?!?!?!?
Now I just had to put the labels on all the bottles and wrap them in organza bags!!

Thank you so much!!!!!! It's actually a diy project. FH designed the labels. I ordered the label paper from onlinelabels.com and we got them printed at staples.
We were having trouble getting the labels to print right so I asked fh to shrink the image and I ended up cutting down the labels with a paper cutter. I think this made them look much more professional in the end.

I never tasted it b/c the wine didn't get heated or warm I used lukewarm/ barely warm water to dissolve the oxiclean and the bottles never got warm/hot

I was wondering the same thing myself bc I heard some girls soaked the bottles in a tub of hot water but I'm afraid it will make the wine bad. So you just used regular oxiclean mixed w/ luke warm water? Did you soak them in the tub?

I didn't soak them in the tub bc i had spinal surgery 4 weeks ago so for me I took an old rubbermaid pitcher that could hold 2 bottles( b.c I am not suppose to be lifting a lot / bending too much.) So i did it on a scale that I could handle. I filled it with the water and about 1/3 to 1/2 a scoop of oxiclean and stirred it around and then I put in the two bottles. And I was able to use that same container of solution to soak the labels from like 3 cases of wine. The oxiclean really softened up the labels more than the temperature of the water. I was able to peel the labels of after about 20 minutes of them soaking and I just used a scrubber sponge to wipe of the glue form the bottle and rinsed the bottles in cool water.
I am sure you could do it on a larger scale in a tub or something.
