**UPDATE AGAIN: 2ND ROUND OF COPS CAME!!

I AM ABOUT TO LOSE IT!!

I HATE MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS WITH A PASSION!!!!!!! I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM FOR OVER 2 YEARS NOW!! THEY ARE ANIMALS!! LOUD BANGING AND JUMPING ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT...AND THE FRIGGIN DOG.... (for the record, I LOVE dogs) BUT WHEN YOU GET WOKEN UP AT 2:30 IN THE MORNING FROM A BARKING DOG AND KIDS RUNNING ALL OVER THE PLACE, YOU BECOME IRATE!!!!!!!!! I LITERALLY HATE THEM (GOD FORGIVE ME PLEASE)..BUT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT REAK HAVOC!!!!! PLEASE, SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE, BECAUSE I AM SOOOOO READY TO GO UP THERE AND BEAT THE LIVING SH*T OUT OF THAT FU**ING B*TCH!!!!

If you are in an apartment complex document everything can call the management company. Are they allowed to have dogs on the 2nd floor?

ITS AN APT BLDG...I AM LITERALLY SITTING HERE CRYING...I HATE THEM SO MUCH...THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR ANYONE... THE MGMT OFFICE HAS ALREADY SENT THEIR FILE DOWN..HE IS TRYING TO PUSH FOR LEASE TERMINATION (IT'S NYC HOUSING)...BUT GOD KNOWS HOW LONG THAT COULD TAKE..I LIVE IN A DECENT AREA OF WILLIAMSBURG, BKLYN..AND HAVE LIVED HERE ALL MY LIFE AND I'VE NEVER EXP'D ANYTHING LIKE THIS...THESE PEOPLE ARE GARBAGE!!!!

BELIEVE IT OR NOT...I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THE COPS SINCE 3:30 WHEN I CALLED....
THE NOISE HAS BEEN GOING ON ALL DAY..AND NOW ITS 5 HOURS LATER, AND NOTHING!!!!!

I HAVE ALL MY COMPLAINTS ALREADY DOCUMENTED...I AM ACTUALLY GOING TO COURT ON DEC. 15 TO TESTIFY AGAINST HER REGARDING ALL MY COMPLAINTS...BUT I REALLY AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH...

OH THATS ANOTHER THING...THEY WAKE MY BABY UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK.!!!!!!!!!!!

I TRIED RECORDING THE NOISE...DOESNT COME OUT VERY GOOD...(my recorder sucks)...I AM AT MY WITS END!!!! SHORT OF PUTTING AN M80 IN FRONT OF THEIR DOOR, I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!!!!!

This is great advice. Bring the tape to court w/you along w/all of your documentations!

Well I don't know if you remember last year when I lived in my apartment but White Zombie More Human than Human was always a GREAT cure for my noise neighbors or Metallica- oh my DH's speakers are 4-5ft tall too

I thought about doing this...but was afraid someone would call the cops on me.... guess thats what I get for being a considerate human being! unlike that F**KING B*TCH!!!!

I have NO tolerance for annoying people let alone neighbors..i have STINKY yes STINKY neighbors below me and when i was getting BAD BAD BAD morning sickness I opened the door one day and well the stench OMGGGG!!! I none the less got sick on myself and that was it....i went down there and told them to COME CLEAN UP MY STAIRS and to open a F----G Window....well ever since then thre is Inesecene (sp?) in the hallway almost every day! The inesence sucks to but its WAYYYYYYY better then there fishy food....uhhhh it gives me the chills thinking about it.

anyways just go up there and let them have if you want my opioion...and the cops....you'll be waiting till hell freezes over ...its so sad!

my bedroom ceiling has some scars....and my dh has gone up to the roof (they live on the last floor) with his weights and just happened to drop them a few times.....

I completely understand what you are going through, oh do I!!! The people who live above me in a apartment complex Also blast their music till 1 am in the morning and on the weekend if its not loud enough blast it while I am trying to sleep. . I should do that myself and make a complaint about them. good luck i hope you win the case you should.

Thanks...I've even filed noise complaints with 311...(didn't know I could do that until recently)...and DEP believe it or not...they sent her a notice about trying to keep her dog from being a nuisance...she doesnt give a SH*T....
