I completely understand what you are going through, oh do I!!! The people who live above me in a apartment complex Also blast their music till 1 am in the morning and on the weekend if its not loud enough blast it while I am trying to sleep. . I should do that myself and make a complaint about them. good luck i hope you win the case you should.

Thanks...I've even filed noise complaints with 311...(didn't know I could do that until recently)...and DEP believe it or not...they sent her a notice about trying to keep her dog from being a nuisance...she doesnt give a SH*T....

I so sorry you have to go through this! It sucks - believe me I know. My upstairs neighbors run around and dance or whatever so much that things fall off my walls. They vacuum at all hours of the day and they dont have any carpets!!!! We cant play music cause then they play theirs lounder - we just cant enjoy anything. They slam the front door so hard our livingroom rattles, etc. I could go on and on....

It sounds like you have basically done everything you can do and nothing works. Just wait out the hearing and hopefully it will work out for you!

OK...THE COPS JUST LEFT...and wouldn't you know it...they said there is nothing they can do...surprise, surprise!! I HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE HOW IT PLAYS OUT IN COURT! GOD PLEASE LET THE NEXT 8 DAYS GO BY FAST!!!!!!!!!

Mine used to do that too and then say it was me. Thank God we found a house because I would have lost it if we had lived there a day longer!

I am So sorry you're going through this. I hope your day in court goes well. TRY to record it. It may be worth buying a better recorder. If you put it on at ngiht when everything is supposed ot be silent and there's noise and you document that t's 3am or whatever, then ANY noise that comes up, even if it's muffled will still show that there'w noise that shoudn;t be there. I'm so sorry. I hope it works out.

I have to thank god that my parents live in a house, and Fh's upstairs neighbors, they just have a kid who runs around but only in the daytime..the worst thing they do is run their washer at 7am on a weekend (and it's right outside of our bedroom), but that's bearable. I should go kiss them for being so great. LOL

I really hope you win your day in court. Try to bring witnesses if you have any, or get other neighbors to sign affidavits about what they've seen and heard!

First I want to say 'THANK YOU' to you ladies for your support...It was quite a looonnnggg night...

Cops came again around midnight...this time they heard the noise for themselves and took a report!! I am so glad they did, because now when I go to court I can bring this most recent report and say: 'look judge, this woman knew she had this court date, and she is STILL creating a nuisance!' I HOPE AND PRAY THEY GET RID OF THIS B*TCH!!!!

I am so glad that they heard the noise and at MIDNIGHT no less!
