I am soooo angry right now. I know i was on here before boasting about this bachelorette party company but i am now here to say DO NOT USE THEM!!! I was so excited about the idea of them planning everythign for us and taking care of the night but now it has become a nightmare!!! it's almost a week before my event and it hasn't been planned....AND they won't return my calls or e mails. they have a down payment from me which is the only thing keeping me from booking stuff myself! I am so angry right now b/c I am sure they will be fine the night of (the advertise on the knot and many bridal websites and when you google them they are part of the BBB and such) but after 3 e mails and multiple VM's nothing!!!! I am fuming right now!!! I just hate when businesses treat you badly. so not cool!

Also, it's unfortunate but even though they advertise on the knot.... They might just be a paid advertiser (not necessarily recommended). I've seen some TOP knot picks that people have had TONS of problems with... Did you try googling the company? See if anything comes up?? Just to be safe b/c it's in one week...

yeah i just read their site and it does say that if a bar, club or restaurant is not affiliated with them then you have to pay normal fees for the club entrance, drinks and also for restaurants and they put that on your card. Do they have a list of places they are affiliated with

The contracted credit card holder’s account will be billed for these added expenses, including tax and gratuities.
Ya we wer told about this...basically if we veer off our planned course meaning want to go to a different bar other then the one we planned on then we are responisible for cover and stuff like that there...thanks for checking

UPDATE: knot just yet bachelorette planning
So after all this ranting my sister calls me and she just remembered that they told her they would be in a conference....lol...she's a nut...but still that doesn't excuse them of not getting it done. but that's probably why they aren't returning my calls..lol....still angry though but feel a bit better.
OK girls here is the update....they called me and i worried for nothing pretty much. It's all set we are going to go to Sutton place as the bar and Suzy Wong as the club...I have no clue on this place but it's in the meat packing district and he said its fun and we can get a table there so that's a plus. Also he said we can do 1 of the four restuarants i wanted either...stanton social, buddakan, ONE, and butter....so i think it will end up being a good night....still mad it took so long to get back to me but i'm confident it will all work out.
