UPDATE at bottom knot just yet bachelorette planning

I am soooo angry right now. I know i was on here before boasting about this bachelorette party company but i am now here to say DO NOT USE THEM!!! I was so excited about the idea of them planning everythign for us and taking care of the night but now it has become a nightmare!!! it's almost a week before my event and it hasn't been planned....AND they won't return my calls or e mails. they have a down payment from me which is the only thing keeping me from booking stuff myself! I am so angry right now b/c I am sure they will be fine the night of (the advertise on the knot and many bridal websites and when you google them they are part of the BBB and such) but after 3 e mails and multiple VM's nothing!!!! I am fuming right now!!! I just hate when businesses treat you badly. so not cool!

That definitely stinks But hang in there I'm sure you'll have an amazing night w/ your girls...maybe you can get one of your BM's to call and bug them w/ you....

I am going to be very honest with you, not all clubs honor these companies COMPLETELY. Some clubs can change their mind that day whether or not they care about it. Same goes with guest lists, sometimes they care sometimes they dont. One halloween, years ago we went to a club and put ourselves on the guestlist from a week before. The lines were insane and at first we didnt get on and stood to the side, a bunch of ppl had the email confirmation from the club itself and showed they were on the guest list but they didnt care and told them to get on the line. I decided to try only bc it was a big group of us girls and they did let us in, told us to wait 5 mins and thats it but considering the line was seriously close to 2 hour wait in the back we didn't mind. Then a bunchof guys came up while we were waiting and they were on the guestlist but they didnt care and didn't let them in. The people at the door will do what they want that day, they are given instructions who to let in while they are outside and they go by that. If its way too many guys in the club early in the night they inform them to let in lots of girls. If its really packed they inform them to keep people waiting.

I dont know what cut they get from this company but depending on what deal they have who knows how it works. They probably just have to make calls to figure it out.

I wouldn't worry too much because clubs are always good to a big group of girls and especially bachelorette parties so they shouldn't give you too much of a problem

I think it's mainly dinner i am worried about. I know wherever we go we'll have a blast but I really got excited about the restaurants that were recommended the other day and being that they are trendy it will be hard to get a reservation now that it's later and later. i just hate when people don't communciate especially in a business!

OH YEAH most of those places are hard to get a reservation. Ive called a week ahead of time and most were booked up. Then when i finally got something it was for like 10:30-11pm dinner. Maybe they're trying to figure out what they can do for you if they are booked

Nope! Their main office is in DC (i think) and i don't see reviews when i google either...I have no idea...i would go to their offices if i could. I love the potential of the idea and it made me excited...

well hopefully they'll get back to you soon. They might try to get you one of your top choices and it might be difficult for them to do so.

If I were you.... just as a back up- maybe call a few of the restaurants we talked about the other day and see if they have any openings (since it's a Sat and it's next weekend). If the company pulls through- you can always cancel the reservation.

As for the bars & clubs I think you'll be fine.... But the rest. will be hard to get last minute for that many people.

As for the bars & clubs I think you'll be fine.... But the rest. will be hard to get last minute for that many people.

what did you say when you mentioned these places? and how do the restaurants get compensated? i am trying to think how flexible these restaurants will be, since they book so far in advance and if they would try to squeeze in a group that they wont get compensated for fully

Hmmm... maybe that's why they are pushing back? I'm not really sure... For what you are paying per person for limo, dinner (they said anywhere), drinks all night at dinner & club and all admission...

Again, if you need a plan B or to brainstorm... let me know!!

yeah i just read their site and it does say that if a bar, club or restaurant is not affiliated with them then you have to pay normal fees for the club entrance, drinks and also for restaurants and they put that on your card. Do they have a list of places they are affiliated with
