Update at my Hall

Well,
I went today to see if I could get my price per person lowered since we are over the minimum for the room we have now.

They didnt lower it for the room we are in now but they did for the bigger room if we get over 150.

If we dont get over 150..we stay in the middle rooms and we get any extras I desire...So far thats shrimp and 2 more chaffing dishes and 2 more hor'devoures choices yay! I think I may add 1 more choice to the menu too.

So it wasnt a bust after all to try negotiate after signing the contract.

If I were you I would forget the big room and stick with the smaller one and get ALL the extras you can

Yeah thats what I am going to do.
Hopefully I dont get close to 150 and move the the big room..(16 away right now.).The room is HUGE..400 people could fit in the room.
