UPDATE dress vent

So I went to RK bridal to try on my gown and it was all wrong.. i have ordered the dress in white and the beading on it was supposed to be silver (this is what they told me when I ordered the dress) but it came in GOLD. The dress was horrible.. They have me back 50% from my deposit... but I only have 6.5 months to my wedding and no dress...

UPDATE:
I went to few bridal stores and they told me not to stress that I still have time to order my dress. I found few possibilities.. One bridal store told me that they will get new Maggie Sottero collection in a middle of January. Does anyone went to Simon's Bridal in Flushing?

well they gave me $150 back from my 300 deposit... this is it , it is not their problem anymore... now I do not want that dress anymore

So sorry to hear that...how long did it take to come in? Is there another dress you might want?

If the color was specified in the contract they should give you back all your money

I visited The Bridal World in Baldwin twice already..they have great customer service

I have also heard great things about Lillette's

David's Bridal supposedly gets gowns in quickly or maybe you can put a rush on a dress

After all problems with my dress, they told me that they will help me find another one.. I tried on at least 15 gowns and nothing.. I think I want to go somewhere else -

im so sorry to hear that... i got my gown at pronovias so i dont really know which place is fast or not but you still have time!! good luck!!

I actually think the dress is really pretty... I mean, the lighting int he photo isn't the best, and if it's not what you wanted then that's it... but it looks lovely. I'm sorry it didn't come the way it was supposed to. I haven't shopped yet so I dn't really have advice to offer, but good luck! I think you still have time to find the perfect dress for you!
