You might have heard me complain that my glasses that I registered for at Fortunoff have been discontinued - so now I have 3 random lenox glasses and probably wont be able to get a full set.
I contacted Fortunoff three days ago & a customer service representative said that she would have a manager call me THAT day--- so here we are three days later & nothing.
I should add that I followed up with an email & nothing on that either.
Plus I have the same problem as everyone else- most of my stuff is special order... and it wouldnt matter except we sent out our STDs and some family members wanted to send gifts for our engagement (better late than never).

Re: UPDATE: FORTUNOFFS
I have been reading these Fortunoff Posts and thought I would respond:
I am a little nervous too but I have time so i am just monitoring things right now.
However I did get an e-mail from them saying that they were updating their website and that can be the cause of items being listed as special order. I have seen this happen with them before.
As for the Lenox glasses if they were discontinued it is because Lenox discontinued them and not Fortuoff. IF you are set on these glasses call Lenox directly to special order them so you have the full set. Also try the outlet out east. If not you may be able to return the three you have directly to lenox and pick a new set.
I know it isn't the best option but it could have happened at any store with any product.

I would also be a bit worried if I had registered with Fortunoff- I feel for you ladies
If you are set on getting the full set I would just contact Lenox and see what they say - if it's been discontinued then I hope that they let you pick a new set.

Re: UPDATE: FORTUNOFFS
i would suggest switching to Macys, they have a great rewards program too...whenever someone buys something from your registry, you get 5% of the amount they spent towards a future gift card, and when you buy anything from macys until your wedding date, you get 10% of that amount towards a future gift card, plus if you register in-store, they'll give you a 10% off coupon for jewelry, too.
