UPDATE: going to the doctor.....

for some xrays and hopefully to get the pins out!!!!!! cross your fingers... maybe i'll really be able to walk later!!!!!!! soooo nervous!!!




ETA update: OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! the doctor took the pins out today!!! the good news is that i'll be able to walk in a few days (i won't be the quickest girl around, but i'll be moving!). the bad news is that it was the most PAINFUL thing ever. i thought it was going to be pretty painful to have pins yanked out of the bones of my toes AND I WAS RIGHT!!!!!

You're gonna feel a lot better and walking very soon! Sending you positive thoughts...Just have to make sure you don't disappear on us after you start walking

This is good news... I may be slow and missed something but why did you have pins?

hey flair, i had foot surgery on 12/18 and i've been off my feet since. the pins were put in during the surgery because i had 6 joints on 3 toes fused. it was as painful as it sounds LOLLLLLL but i'm glad the pins are out, although i'll be having nightmares about how much it hurts while he was unscrewing them!!!

OMG i thought he was going to rip my toes offffff!!!!!!!! i thought, by the third toe, i was going to be sick in the chair. i was soooo mad at him for not putting me to sleep LOLLLLLL

ughh it hurts so bad for me though a damn pin got stuck in the bone and they had to use a hammer and i couldnt take the pain anymore so i decided to pass out.

OMGGGGG i know!!!! i couldn't believe how much i was shaking when the whole thing was done, i was surprised i didn't pass out. i think i stopped breathing. the only thing i did was yelp!
