UPDATE- I Have Some Bad News...Ann Marie Has Died.

ETA... My cousin passed away calmly last night (8/3) at 10:55 pm with her husband, her Mom & a couple of family members by her side. I'm so sad she's gone, but I'm happy she's no longer in pain.
The worst part... The funeral is being held Saturday-on what would have been her 29th birthday.
OLD STORY I POSTED... My cousin was diagnosed with leukemia not too long ago & her battle has not been easy. She's only 28 & has 3 small boys, now she has to go to Seattle for a bone marrow transplant. Now my wedding stress seems so minute compared to what she's going through, I just want her to get well so she can be with her babies & hopefully dance at my wedding.

Her oldest is only 3, & she wanted to see him to say goodbye & he really wanted nothing to do with it. He is young but old enough to know that his Mommy is sick. Her second is 18 mos & her youngest is 9 mos, so they are too young to understand. I just hope they have some sort of memory of her.

Andrea, I am so sorry this must be so hard, it is so tragic! I hope that your family can find some solace.
Her boys will always have memories of her because you and your family will always share them with them. They will have a guardian angel looking out for them their whole lives. They will be proud to know how their Mommy and family fought her illness so courageously.
I will keep praying for all of you.

Andrea, I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am. It is wonderful for your cousin that she has such a loving family, it may make it easier for her to let go knowing her children will be surrounded by such a great support system. We are always here to listen and you and your family are in my thoughts.

I am so sorry. Even though I didn't know Ann Marie, I can tell from your stories that she must have been a wonderful mother, cousin, and friend. I'm sure that she loved you very, very much.
