Update: Need some serious hugs and prayers over here!

Our family dog, Charlie, who is down in Florida with my Mom and brother is gravely ill. They found out this morning that she has some sort of bacterial infection and I'm not sure she's going to make it. She seems to be getting worse and my Mom just had to rush her to the hospital again.

She was just here for my wedding and I'm so sad thinking about all the pain she's in right now.

She desperately needs all your prayers

Update: Despite everyone's sweet words and prayers, my llittle dog, Charlie passed this morning. My family is completely beside themselves, as am I.

It turns out she was a severe diabetic and the disease had already taken a toll on her organs. I do feel grateful that she was here for my wedding and I was able to spend a little time with her since my family lives in Florida.

She will truly be missed

As a pet owner who had to deal with serious illness and then the loss, I feel your pain.
Hopefully Charlie will recover soon.

awww.. hugs and prayers!!! I hope your dog is ok!

I had a dog once that got the deadly parvo disease.. we thought we lost her, but she stayed in the hospital hooked up with IV for 2 days and pulled thru!!!

GOOD LUCK!! I hope yours pulls thru too!
