Update on Checks
So i haven't really had much time to come on here because as most of you know I'm running around like a lunatic between the wedding and my mom selling her house and this Saturday my sister go engaged!!! So now her future SILs are throwing her an engagement party while I'm here which is nice but also one more thing I have to try to do. But I'm happy for her and really glad that I am here for this time.
Basically I've only been popping on to post questions and answer one or two. But now I will update everyone on what's been going on.
Last Wed:
* Dress shopping, narrowed it down to two
Thurs:
* Dress shopping narrowed it down to two different ones!!
Friday:
* Nervous breakdown,
* dress shopping ordered a dress!! (completely new one!) It was on sale so I got something way out of my budget for slightly under my budget!! Very exciting!!
* I also bought my slip and shoes
Saturday:
* Sister called that she just got engaged
* Another Nervous breakdown!!![]()
* Ordered FHs wedding band I'll post a pic later.
* Met with someone for invitations and put a deposit down on the spot! - ECR Designs!! She is AWESOME I'll do a separate post about her and show you my sample invitation (yes I already have it!!)
* Bought some supplies for possible centerpieces
Sunday:
* Put together possible centerpieces round 1(will post pics of this and round 2 soon)
* Met with Photo/video person
* Ordered Silver Envelopes for my invites. I was just going to get white for budget reasons but my sis said she had some. What she meant was that she had a place I could order from. I was a little worried about this (i had already told the lady making my invites no envelopes) but Cards and pockets was having a sale so I ended up getting the silver ones for the same price I woul've paid for white ones!! They will look so nice!!
Monday:
* Drove around the world trying to find cilinder vases
* Bought supplies for possible centerpieces round 2
* Decided 90% sure on favors (mixed ecuadorian and italian chocolates)
Tuesday:
* Set up sample centerpieces round 2
* Got Phone Call that my dress came in!!!! Yes it came in!! Frankly I'm a little worried that it came in so early. I hope that they are not trying to sell me a floor sample or something. I'm thinking that since it got discontinued they are just sending out whatever they have left over in their distrubution center and so that's why it was so quick. I will be checking today!!
* Ordered figurines for cake topper (diy project)
Wednesday:
* Received Envelopes!! They're so pretty!!
Still to come this afternoon:
* Going to the city to look at the three wedding bands I like
* Resizing my engagement ring
* Going to look at my dress
* buying extra supplies for my centerpieces
What a crazy week it has been!! I have two weeks left and still so much to do!!
