Dont know if anyone remembers but i was asking for prayers last week
i took Dh to the ER and he DID have a mini stroke I cant even tell you how much has happened in the last 6 days
We have been in the hospital since Sunday I JUST got a signal on my computer - They have done dozens of tests on him and have no answers as to why this happened to my 37 year old DH
THANKFULLY - he had NO hemorrhaging in the brain and no permanent damage - All symptoms have gone and we are hoping he is discharged Tuesday or Wednesday

OMG laura im so sorry your going through all this but im glad to hear you DH is doing better.. and how scary!!!!!!

Laura I cannot believe this I am so sorry. I am praying for you, the baby and of course your DH.
Can I ask - how do they know he had a mini stroke? I'm not even sure how that works...

OMG Laura, I'm so sorry to hear that!! Thank God you took him to the ER. I will keep both of you in my prayers. Remember to take care of yourself, too through all of this.

Sorry to hear. If it was TIA and he stays on the meds, he should have a full recovery with no residual effects. My exhusband was 42 when he had a TIA. That was 5 years ago and he has had a full recovery with no lingering effects. HTH -at least a little bit-with hope that everything will be alright. Sorry you are going through this. Good luck with the recovery.

OMG Laura! I'm so sorry that happened, but i'm glad he's going to be ok. definitely will be thinking about you, DH and the baby!!!

I am so sorry that this happened, but so glad to hear he is recovering. My mom had a stroke at the age of 34 -- I was 10 years old and had no idea how young she was, but she had a full stroke and fully recovered. I hope that somehow makes you feel better -- it does happen to other people. Just a few weeks ago, she found out that she has a rare blood disorder (I forgot what its called) that causes clotting, and that may have been the cause of her stroke. That might be something for you to ask about. Anyhow, you and your DH are in my thoughts and prayers. I know he will be OK.

Laura, I'm so sorry! So glad he's feeling better, but I can't even imagine how you are feeling, especially being pregnant. I will keep you all in my prayers.
