Update on Dr Visit

Thnaks for all the good wishes you sent my way, my news is good yet frustrating. She did find a cyst on my left side, but said it wasn't in an area that would impede a pregnancy. So now I am back to square one. There HAS to be some reason why I keep miscarrying.

oh jeez. not enough information!!! that stinks michelle, though I must admit, it's the old adage of no news is good news for now....

Did they tell you to just continue trying? Is there anything they can advise you to do?

I will now be working with doctors at Stonybrook Hospital it is a a combination practice of reproductive endocrinology and a center for recurrent miscarriages.

So in essence it means more blood tests, more poking around and MORE WAITING

Sometimes I'm just ready to say I QUIT

NO QUITTING!

It will all be worth it in the end! Keep your chin up and we're here to listen!

Don't give up Michelle!!! I know that you are frustrated and you are feeling like a pin cushion...but the more tests they do will help to find the answers that you need.

Michelle- you should ask Claud about her friend who had been thru the mill with all of this stuff. I know at some points she did take a break from all of the medical stuff. If you think that taking a few weeks off from doctor's and meds and blood test is what you need then you should do that. You should not feel pressure to 'get this done now' because there is such an emotional factor built into this type of medical issue. You take the time you feel you need. Sometimes a few weeks off gives you a new perspective and more strengh.

Don't give up hope! it WILL happen...the same thing happened to my girlfriend..she had three miscarriages and she is now 10 weeks pregnant. There was no rhyme or reason that it happened and she went through various tests and it finally happened.

I know she checked her thyroid...maybe that is something to think about and I think hers was a little low and that was corrected. Unexplained infertility is the worst and I am so sorry you are going through this. Try and keep your chin up, it will happen. Hugs to you!

Many many hugs to you Michelle. . It stinks that you have to go though all this crap, but don't give up. The results will be worth the effort!

I thought of you often yesterday and said a prayer each time. I hope you hear something uplifting soon. Not having an answer sounds like the most frustrating thing. You are a strong woman though and we are all her to help support you and are all rooting for you.
