Update on FI

I'm in TnT right now, just giving you a quick update. FI is still not doing well, seems very weak. He's also being very distant with me, which I'm really being upset with. I am safe but still worry about him that it's making me cry (however, I'm being strong for him). I'm going tobe here for another couple of days before heading back to PA. It seems like no matter what to do to cheer him up, he's very much sticking to the 'I'm gonna die' stance.

Im so sorry you both have so much to deal with, I cant even imagine being in either of your shoes...I wish there was something I could do to help!!

It sounds like you are doing the best you can for yourself and for your FH so just continue doing what you can and if you need anything please let us know.....

I am so sorry to hear. I understand your pain. I hope he is able to move his thoughts away from that and visual what he wants to happen instead of what he fears. It is a difficult situation, a friend is going through something similar but with her husband. Thoughts are soo powerful and do have an affect, I hope he is able to think positive & aggressively go after the right doctors. Being in the hospitals and dealing with the doctors are so depressing. I know doctors try to be cut & dry but I think that doctors sometimes destroy someones mental health discounting the effect that will have. I hope he gets the right help and that you both get through this. I will be sending you positive wishes.

im so sorry for whats going on with you and fh, i really hope this is something you guys can overcome. he needs to stop thinking hes going to die and be positive so he can fight this disease. i wish u guys well.

I am so sorry that this is happening to you guys. I pray that everything works out for you two. All you can do right now is be with him and try to be strong for both of you.

i'm soo sorry you both are dealing with this. I can understand his depression.... but is there any way you can convince him to come here for treatments. NY has some of the best cancer facilities there are. Also maybe a change of scenery would be good for him. I'm sending lots of prayers and hugs your way!! I hope things start to look up soon.

He's lucky to have you there.

Maybe you should get in touch with a priest or therapist? Bring someone in to talk to him....that can cheer him up - or show him that good things can happen? It's a HUGE thing that he be happy & feel confident!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys are in my prayers.

IF FH is really sick as he is saying, you need to have him come back to the US asap because I have to tell you from me living in trinidad for 19years. there medical team over there will leave you to die before they do something. I dont mean to sound harsh but I had some minor issues with hospitals in Trinidad.

Which Hospital is he staying at righht now? MY cousin is a doctor at Mount Hope and if you need any please let me know.
