So I come home from work, take a shower and try on my new shoes. I look inside and realize they have been worn! I couldn't believe my eyes since I did get them in the store on 54th street. So I look real close and they are all dirty around the edges on the inside. So I call and the manager says she has to see them before she can exchange them...so I ask when she is there mon-fri until 6....which ***** b/c I hate driving into the city alone and Fh works until 5 so we will never make it. Btw she doesn't have my size and would have to either give me a discount or refund me the money! What should I do? Also, the material is a little ripped on the edge of the toe...i just noticed!

... get in touch with them some how, make a copy of ur receipt and take pics and see if they can help you... and tell them about ur wedding and what size you need, maybe they can send you a special order... i know jimmy choo's/prada/miu miu's customer service is really good because they always help me with the purchases i've made -- they are really customer friendly.. so i'm sure Manolo's service should be up to par. Manolo store has great customer service they should be able to reorder the shoe for you again. My friend purchase here Manolo there and shoe was missing a stud they exchange for a new pair it took about a week to reorder.

I inspect everything I buy 100 times before I hand over the cash. I hate the feeling of having bought something that is damaged- then you have to bring it back and go through all this hulabaloo. And I'm talking about items MUCH cheaper then $700 shoes... I hope you get your $$ back or atleast a crispy new pair.

I am surprised they made it to the sales floor in that condition. I bet you someone returned them previously and the person just didn't inspect them before they put them back out...
