update on my nephew

As some of you know DH and I took in his nephew from Vegas because his mom asked us to (she is a pill popper) well he was quite a handfull and he didnt get along with my kids or my other SIL's kids(she has 4) so we were switching back and forth .....well my MIL decided that she was never giving him back to his Mom and she took him and called up Vegas and said you are never getting him back

Needless to say his Mom was on the first flight and took him back with her

Well even though he was a royal pain in the tush we miss him and are so worried about what is gonna happen to him!!!what was my MIL thinking ??

Im so sorry to hear this...is there anything that you an do legally?....force her to get cleaned up...and while she is doing that the family takes care of your nephew

There has to be something you can do, like call child services or something....she doesn't sound like a fit parent and will not do what is right for her child.
