UPDATE on my PISS OFF OF THE DAY....

talked to the director.....confronted the one girl who started it and she LIED TO MY FACE about saying it, which forced me to bring my informant in, who I don't know much better, but believed.

The director wasn't much help really, she actually said 'What do you want me to do to make it better?'....UMMMM GET ME OUT OF THAT ROOM? her answer to that is well if I put you in another room, who's to say it won't continue or start up with someone else.

Thanks for nothin'!!!! I'm supposed to go in there, suck it up and look at them everyday knowing that is the way they feel and think I'm a liar or quit.

GOOD GRIEF!!!

I left early because I just couldn't deal with rehashing the entire past week and knowing that I should NOT have to justify what I went through because of them.....

Needless to say...I'm going to start looking for something else....this is NOT worht $8.00/hr!

Your boss IS supposed to rectify this situation. Talking badly about you and such a horrible thing you're dealing with is harrassment and if I were you I would probably be so appalled by the whole thing that I would threaten to sue! Your boss is obviously as much of an a-hole as your coworkers. You should look for a new job ASAP!

Shana I think you should look for another position elsewhere. You said it, the $$$ isn't worth it.

These ladies need to learn some compassion.

I really don't know much about the Georgia regulations. But, there does need to be someone there (perhaps an HR person?) who needs to resolve employee relations issues and ensure that no one is subjected to a hostile work environment.

There must be a higher up to talk to. Is this program you work for funded thru the local school board, if so - go there.

This has to stop and quite frankly the supervisor's attitude and lack of action to rectify the situation is only going to further their behavior. You should definitely report that supervisor.
