That is what I am seriously praying for! My MIL is just LIVID! She lives in another state, but wants to come down and deal with this in person! UGH......

wow... I dont' now what to say..so sorry to hear that...it is a nightmare...
you should def. get to try to get your money back. It was their responsible to have the battery charged. (He should of prepared it) No excuse.

Did any of your friend or family video taped any thing?

This is something like you said that can never be replaced. I am sure they have the raw footage of your wedding, that have to have it, once you get that you can give it to a PROFESSIONAL video company to edit. Everything will be alright they have to have the raw footage

I dont understand how they dont come prepared for a 'battery dying' that should be a given. SHIIIIIIT I would definitely definitely if nothing else get your money back. 15 minutes is by NO MEANS a video-its a movie trailer!

Not a stupid question........ :)

There isn't any raw footage of the ceremony that he missed or the 2.5 hours he was gone, but we want the raw footage from the rest of the day.......we are hoping we can get another company to create a better video for us with what they have to work with. The ceremony is the main part he missed

Kristy! I'm sooooo sorry this happened to you what a complete nightmare. I would be so ugh soooo po'd. You should get your money back and and I would write a complaint letter to the newspapers in the area of where they are from. Unfortunately some people don't take things seriously unless you hit them where it hurts. If you can make it known to other people that might their future clients they might get their act together. And you're right there is no excuse for what they did to you and nothing can make up for this. Ugh I'm so upset for you.

You should ask them for a refund since the violated your contract. THey should give it back to you no problem. If not tell them you will get your lawyer involved. I know it doesn't change things. It's just the principle.

At least you have AMAZING PICTURES!!! And wonderful memories of that day. I'm sorry this had to happen, but YOUR MARRIED to and AMAZING PERSON and you have that to hold on too!!
