Update--we are in contract for the condo!

Just wanted to share! We are both really excited, and the couple selling it is very sweet--the guy told FH that he would leave him the grill as a bonus (almost brand new--FH was excited!). Only bad thing is the bedroom walls are purple, so we will be painting them immediately.

that's great Beth!!! Congrats!! What town is it in?

Free BBQ...AWESOME!!

Purple bedroom...oohhh....I'm jealous (it's my fave color) and there is SO much you can do with purple! Is it like medieval jewel tone purple or lilac purple??

Thanks everybody! It is in Ronkonkoma, about 15 mins from where I work and about 5 mins from Smithaven Mall It is more of a medieval jewel tone purple... The place is great though, brand new kitchen and bath...I will have everybody over for the next BBQ (though it will probably be winter by the time we are unpacked, moved in, and done with the wedding stuff!).
