So I contacted the wedding channel about cufflinks that I ordered that had a weird film on them. They contacted me back yesterday and said that they are sending me all new cufflinks and I do not have to send the ones I have back. I'm so happy! Hopefully the new ones come out nicely...but I totally think they have fantastic customer service!
