Ladies, tomorrow I have an interview with ACS for the Child Protective Specialist position. I really really really need and want this job. I am dying to get out of retail and start utilizing my education. Please keep me in your prayers and hope that I get the job. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks!



Ok ladies so today was like the longest day ever! I get to the place at 8:30 and theres like 50 people in front of me and I see a friend of mine which made me happy. After we are all seated, the head of personnel gets us and tells us exactly what documents we need and blah blah that took forever because they were calling everyone individually (I was number 63). After that they split us up and rechecked our forms. By this time I was already pissed because I hadnt eaten breakfast and I was starving. They let us out for lunch like 2:30 and then we had to go to have an oral interview that was tape recorded. Well I was nervous as hell. So after that they put us back into a room. One of the girls from personnel started calling people and I guess they didnt pass the interview so they were sent home. I was like OHMIGOD when are they gonna call me. Then they tell the rest of us to line up and we get taken to a classroom where we had to take a 45 min listening/writing test. I swear I felt like I was taking the SATs again. THEN, to top it off, we had to go to Brooklyn to take a drug test. I was like OHMIGOD! I got home a little while ago and I am so tired. They said that we should know if we got the job in about 2 to 3 weeks, so please please please pray for me and my friend to get the job.
