Re: YAY! Shopping for the Perfect Xmas Tree!
I love Charlie Brown trees. When I was little and my mom was a single mom, we would always pick the littlest, saddest tree that no one else wanted. Good memories!
Have fun getting your tree...I have no idea where to get a tree since I am in the city and there are trees on every other corner here!

FH used to sell trees at a nursery in West Hempstead so we always go there to get our trees. They're a little expensive but they're beautiful and last forever!

We don't have our 'own' place yet, but for the past two years we went and got the biggest live tree to decorate it for my Mom... doing it the way SHE likes it. This year though, we are getting a smaller real one, and decorating it OUR way... After the holidays I'll get a fake one for next year...when we are really on our own...

If you can't find a small one in Lowe's or Home Depot, there is a place in East Islip on the eastbound service road of Sunrise Hwy called Father nature's. They have all kind of tree's (that's where FH and I got ours last year).
