What happened the first 2 times??

First time they called our lawyer and made him send the contracts back to 'revise' them, second time the sellers RE agent supposedly got an offer $20K over ours. He asked our RE agent to see if we would increase our offer by 20K, we said no, and then that offer mysteriously 'fell through' 5 minutes later. The sellers never knew about this offer BTW... probably because it didn't exist.
