UPDATED BELOW:So...I found out who my stalker was!
I am not sure if anyone remembers, but last week I had the police at my house because I was getting over 30 prank phone calls, many of which were lewd. Well, the calls continued over the last week. I have probably had close to 100 calls. Some have been hang ups, others just quiet on the line, and some from a man saying, 'I like your big t-i-t-s!'
Well, I traced the phone calls. Unfortunately, the detective informed me yesterday that the guy could not be arrested because he did not threaten me. Apparently, it is ok to just harrass people. Well, today the detective left a message on my machine telling me that all of the calls came from Manhasset.
Where in Manhasset? MY BANK!!! That week the calls came, I went to deposit some engagement gifts in our honeymoon account. Well, I remember that as I was walking out, I felt that one of the male employees was looking at me. I did not think anything of it.
So I have to call the detective back tomorrow. But obviously this guy has all of our information now. I am fuming, but also relieved that I now know who it is.

How scary! Hopefully they can do something since you know it came from the bank. They should fire him and he should be arrested for harassment. Hope you're feeling a little better, though!

BUT I would pull all my accounts from that bank immediately!!

Ugh. You should *definitely* talk to the manager (but also proceed carefully, so that you are not accused of making false accusations, etc) - there may be other bank clients who have had the same experience.

Whoa! Good luck with the investigation. I'd be keeping a running log of everything that has happened, starting with each call, with the date and time. This is if you haven't done this already! Hope it all works out for you!

Stupid question but...
Isn't it the Bank's Responsiblity for the actions taken by it's employees?
I would be Fuming mad.. and I'd probably try to press charges against the bank for improper use of my private information.. Isn't that breaking the privacy act to use your information for something OTHER that bank business. Like selling your name to a telemarketer.
I am sorry this is happening to you. Just hearing about this makes me so very angry.

Well my dad and I went to the bank. The assistant manager who was a woman was really nice and apologetic. We gave her the police report (its aggravated harrassment) and she validated my experience instead of being defensive.
She was not sure of who it was. But she thought that all of the phone calls from the bank are tape recorded. So she thinks they might be able to determine who it is from that. Also, there is an investigative part of the bank which is supposed to contact me. I also took my money out.
I gave every male employee the dirtiest look when I was there too.
