Its the beginning of our hunt!!
we just love to pile on the stress!
eta: all I can say is almost $400 for a DUMP. it needs to be completely gutted. I have to shower now because i have the creepy crawlies from seeing that dump.
house hunting aint easy!

Good luck!!! We just closed on ours friday. Of course, it's upstate because who can afford to live on LI which made it bittersweet for me, but I'm still so excited!
