Updated!! FH and I are going to look at a house tomorrow!

its the first one we are actually going in to.

Its the beginning of our hunt!!

we just love to pile on the stress!

eta: all I can say is
almost $400 for a DUMP. it needs to be completely gutted. I have to shower now because i have the creepy crawlies from seeing that dump.

house hunting aint easy!

i can't believe what is out there for like 400, 450... 5 years ago.. u could've gotten a HUGE house on the water for that price!


i know. we found one we liked a moth and half ago made an offer the guy only budged 14K off the asking price.

we made an offer on another house week and half ago we've ben going back and forth with the owner now counteroffering.
