Re: Interview tomorrow....
That you are in a no growth position and would like to take on new responsibilities.
Good luck

Good luck
That's what I would say. Also something like you are looking for a more challenging position that will utilize your current skills and that will allow you to gain some additional skills.
Good Luck!

You tell them that you are seeking advancement and that your current job does not utilize all your skills.........Good Luck!!

Re: Interview today....3pm
I hope they don't ask me the where you plan to be in 5 years question...I really hate those questions.
Its going to be a weird interview, because the company I am going to interview with is my companies competition, and there are a few things that I cannot mention to them. So basically I have to watch what I say.

my friend got that 5 years question and he answered 'on the other side of this desk' .. haha the guy was so impressed with the answer he gave him the job

Good luck!!!
Like everyone else said, I'd stick with the telling the interviewer that you are looking for the chance to advance/grow and that your current company isn't offering that opportunity to you.
I've changed jobs within my industry a few times (from competitor to competitor) and was always very careful not to blast my previous company. It was a good move...some of my previous managers ended up moving to the new company and becoming my new managers! I'd never burn bridges...you just never know what the future will bring.

Re: Interview today....3pm
I will never say anything negative about my company...although there are plenty of negative things I could say. I know companies you are interviewing with do not want to hear negative things, and I dont blame them.
