So how did it go Scott?

The Interview went really well. I interviewed with the hiring manager first, and he asked me questions about what I do now, why I was planning to leave and what I wanted to do for my future. He said that he really liked me for the position and he thought that I would really fit well in to the company. After meeting with him I met with the HR recruiter, and she asked me a whole bunch of question, told me about the companies background, asked me about my past managers, and my current manager, and our relationship. Then told me about Benefits, and 401k. She gave me a brochure that had all the benefits plans that the company offered and information regarding the 401k plan. I thought that was a good sign. She told me she wanted me to come back and interview with two other supervisors, but that I wont be able to do it next week, because she has a busy schedule. I will have to wait till the week after to find out if I got it or not.

I feel good about it, and I think it went well. She asked me if I was interviewing for other positions in my company and I told her I have an interview this coming tuesday. She told me to interview for it but promise her that I didnt make my decision until after I come back for my second interview. I think that was a good sign too.

as an HR person, I can tell you it looks good! they wouldn't have wasted time giving you benefits and 401k info if they arent considering you. and the 2nd interview is a great sign too!
