I have to go to an pral surgeon tomorrow to get wisdom teeth out and I am terrified of the entire thing.
If they knock me out.. Im scared cause I never have been before
If they dont...UGH I cant even think about it.
I dont know HOW I will sleep tonight

Well my entire right side of my face is NUMB or I def would not have made the appointment for quite a while. The dentist wanted me to go right away and it was either tomorrow or xmas week and I cant deal with the pain that long.

oh gosh, i hate even getting my teeth cleaned, i can't imagine. so many for you!!!! you'll be okay, and just think that if you're in a lot of pain now - this will help; it'll be worth it!!! good luck!!!

Don't be nervous!!!!! I had ALL 4 out at the same time and it was FINE!! I was out for it and when I woke up, I went home and slept the rest of the day and then watched movies and ate pudding for 2 days! Honesty, I know everyone is different but I didn’t have any reaction or bad experience at all, it was really pretty easy and I got to relax for a few days and get waited on hand and foot and watch lots of fun girlie movies!! Good luck!! Let me know if you want me to bring you some movies – I have a great selection of love stories… the notebook, just like heaven, pride & prejudice…

Thanks guys.. I am fully aware that I am being a huge baby, but I just DESPISE the dentist and everything about it.
I know Ill be fine... I just want to get it over with at this point.

Jen, I had all four out at the same time, and all I had was novacaine.... the needle from the novacaine hurt more than getting the teeth out... if you can avoid being totally knocked out, I wouldn't... you never know what kind of reaction you might have to the anthestia (sp?)..

omg
it took ten minutes and the surgeon was HOT
im in some pain now but i have ice on my face
the only thing is he wants the rest out, but he said he will put me out for that.
