Sorry im crashing, but i need advice! Im getting ready in a hotel and I want to have my photographer come and take pictures of me getting ready. I had to get a standard room because all the suites were booked!
Im worried the room will be crowded and it will be difficult for the photog to work. Im also having my BM's meet me there. Did you take pictures with the BM's at the hotel at all? If so where? Did you have any issues like this? AHHH
ETA: So i booked my room at the Hyatt for Sat night to check out Sunday. I asked for a late check out Sunday (day of) for 3:00. Usually check out is at 12:00...So i said to the girl if im in the middle of getting ready, they will just come and kick me out....and she said YES! I was like you B*****!!! lol She put it down on my reservation for a 3:00 check out but it depends on that day, if they are in demand for rooms. I would love for someone to try and kick a bride out of her room!!! I will so NUTS!!
Did anything like this happen to you?

Why don't you see if they have a conference room the BP can use to get ready. I got ready in my own suite and then had the BP use a conference room downstairs.

I got ready in the hotel and it was fine. But we were at Inn at Fox Hollow, and all their rooms are suites. We were in a smaller one and it was fine. have you gone to see a room at the place you are staying? maybe you can better judge from seeing one.
ETA: I was in a wedding in october where we got ready in a room that wasn't a suite. It was fine and there were a bunch of us going in and out and makeup and hair being done. it was fun and not bad at all.

We got ready in 2 rooms, that way we weren't squished. The photog got some great shots of us getting ready. For more formal shots we took them at another location.

Well, I got ready in a sutie - my hair was done there. But i got dressed in a regular room w/my moh aND BM AND MY MOM. IT WAS TIGHT AND TIGHTER W/THE PHOTOG BUT IT (sorry caps) worked out ok. We took pics in the lobby (it was a gorgeous one!) . No check out issues cuz my parents were staying there one more night.
