Uplighting?

Is anyone doing this? Any sense of what it costs? Would love to do it for the ambiance. I know some DJ's offer it as an add-on, but we are having a band...

hmmm i used my dj and can be about $1k and up with dj's, SOMETIMES lower. With lighting companies ive seen some spend $2k about but im sure theres places that you can get it for less

prices varies...I'v noticed its higher when you use a lighting company. As Espo said the price may be lower getting this service from a DJ.

My DJ does not provide this so I went with a lighting company and paying approx $2000 -perimiter lighting for large ballroom, pinspots and monogram

I've seen it quoted for $500 - $900 with a DJ

My Bro works for a lighting company... so I'm hoping to get mine for free.
Unfortunately, he only works with coordinators not individuals brides.
