ok..........so now that I know what uplighting is, are you guys getting it???
If so, do you know roughly how much that goes for??? I never thought about it until I realized what exactly it was and I think it looks cool!!
Our colors are brown and pink....what color uplighting would go with that????

uplighting was about $45-50 a light and pinspotting is around 15-25 a light. gobo monogram thing is like 250. overall im trying to spend less then 1k. i want to get 20 uplighting, 15 pinspots and the monogram for 1k. my florist quoted me a lil higher and all the djs i looked at quoted me the same. hopefully i can get the price down with the florist.
where did you get these quotes from? i want pin lighting too!! my florist doesnt do it tho. and im not sure about our DJ. never asked.

Price it out with your florist and/or DJ. My florist quoted us $30 per can. (I would have needed about 15-20 so it would've been around $600). We ended up getting it through our DJ b/c he gave it to us for $500 and the lights they use can be changed throughout the night.
