UPLIGHTING QUESTION

How much are you guys being charged for uplighting????

How many 'lights' are you getting?

Just want to make sure the number we got yesterday isn't totally out of line....thanks!

I am paying $400 for lighting inside and outside. I am going through my DJ. But I am not sure on how many lights- will have to check.

I got a lot of different prices with this. I'm going to call my friend who works for a lighting company that does events later to get her professional opinion. I'll let you know what she says.

One company said 600 for 12 lights, and I think 900 for 18.

One said 500 flat fee for any amount of lights that the room needs.

One said 900 for 20.

I have the numbers at my house, but that is what I remember off the top of my head.

we are getting the led color kinetics/uplighting and they are charging us $45 for each. we are only getting for since our room has lots of mirrors

I'm paying $45/per light through my DJ. Right now I only have a contract for 6. Depending on the budget, I'd like to up it to 8.

We got quoted $45 per LED light, and we need 28 lights....wanted to make sure that was in the ball park.

What are color kinetic??? I am assuming thats what we are getting too?? the ones that change color?

I think I may be paying to much....,

We are getting 8 lights for the ceremony and 17-20 color change lights for the reception for 1305

its the type of uplighting....yes they are the ones that change color

however, i dont kno if the other kind changes color....theres is another 'type' of light, that is not LED, not as techhy i guess, LED is the better quality, more versatility i believe, therefore more expensive...i dont know the name of the other kinds of lights

if u go by $50 a light, then thats accurate!!

i am getting a whole room of uplighting for 400.. thats through our dj. not sure how many lights that is they said they will put as many in to make sure the whole room is lit up!! :)
