Awe I'm sorry!!! You will have a great time with your other bms! I would ask one of them to help you book stuff. They probably think that you want to be in charge of it from what it sounds like. They want to know what you want to do but I would just ask one or a few of them to help you making the plans and everything because you have a lot of details to worry about with the wedding. Don't worry it will all work out and you'll have a great time!!!

I read your post before your edit and im in the same boat. I've called everyone from limo companies to clubs to restaurants. It's very annoying.
