UPSET ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHER

I am using Aldo studios on 18th in brooklyn
and a few girls on theknot.com used them as well and said they didnt like their proofs

they said they took all the pics far away . now im really scared.

i already put a deposit down on them

how can i handle this?
should i call them and tell them the bad things i heard this way they dont make that mistake with me .. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

has anyone used them ?
what did you hear?

You can either give them a call and tell them your concerns. If they are good business people they will definitely hear you out and address your concerns. Or you can eat the cost and lose your deposit. I know this is tough, but good luck and keep us posted!!

I would post asking to see the other bride's proofs and then see how you like them. Whatever photographer you used, make sure you give them a 'must take' list. I didn't and I was disappointed that some pictures I thought were a given, weren't taken.

If you are really upset talk to them.
I booked my photographer a year and a half before my wedding.
The contract said I could cancel it anytime within 12 months before the event.
