Urgent!! Ok so if no one wants an apt in NYC does anyone know of a broker in NYC?
I need a fast moving, motivated broker who will help show my apt in NYC so I can get married on Dec. 7th and live with my fh!!!! This is getting to be very urgent, I need a tenant to replace me and start a new lease!!! Anyone know someone? I was working with one broker and I wound up showing the apt because he went away for the weekend, I should get the broker fee. My building will only rent with a broker!!! Thanks ladies!!!

I actually live in your building and I am getting married the same date as you, 1 year later. Anway, my broker was Richard Goldberg - he lives in the churchill and he is with Noble Realty. I am having trouble finding his number but I will post it if I find it.

I called and left a message with him over the weekend and he never called me back. (Richard) Someone also gave me his name. And by the way the managing agent at our building and I just had a lovely verbal discourse on the phone. What a jerk!!!!!!

I had similar problems. I had signed a 2 year lease with my old roomate and then, when I got engaged, my fiance and I wanted to move in together. My old roomate moved to studio and I wanted to break the lease but it was too complicted, so my fiance just moved in with me, in Sept. Good luck though!

I spoke to Richard and he had some choice words for Pan Am management, I would repeat them here but am sure I would be banned forever from this site. It is sooo frustrating!!!! He can't even show my apt until I give it up so he tried but really can't help me
