Ushering in guests

My fiance and I chose to have a wedding party that consists of MOH/BM and our niece/nephews. His niece is 16. The boys are in a range of 5-14 yrs old. Of course, I didn't think of them as playing a role as ushers where they actually usher guests to their seats when we made this decision. So my question is, what do we do about escorting guests to their seats? I suppose we can just not escort them but am not sure. My fiance is very cute, whenever he has no clue on how to handle these little things he says "Babe, the LI brides will know". He knows I get alot of great ideas here. Thanks.

I went to one on Jericho Turnpike and I hated the presentation. JMO, but they were trying TOO HARD to get us to use them, with things like well if you do this we will do that..YADDA YADDA YADDA. Not sure how the one in Lindenhurst is but if it is anything like the one I went to..no thanks
