I second AZO!!! It makes your pee Crayola orange, but the stuff really works. Feel better![]()

Careful with this... when you take this, it makes you feel a million times better, but it never really makes the UTI go away completely. It's good if you can't get into the Dr. right away, but don't rely on it completely.

I'm a teacher and had a UTI once on parent-teacher conference night. I thought I was going to die. No bathroom breaks, and I was in so much pain (and a 101 fever), and I was so mean! OK my lady friends!! There is something you didnt know about me! I used to be the freaking Queen of UTI'S!! and unless you have had one you have noooooo idea how miserable they are. There is something you need to do that no one has mentioned yet. PEE AFTER SEX!!! AND BEFORE TOO!!!!! This is an ABSOLUTE MUST to avoid a UTI! I had them so bad that i went to a urologist and prescribed me meds. ready for this? i have bactrim for whenever i have sex to prevent a UTI, i have cipro for if i ever get a UTI and i also have a drug called piridium which is a prescription form of AZO or uristat. I have them with me at all times and feel like a drug dealer walking around with them. ITS THE WORST!!!!!!!! My heart really goes out to anyone who gets this or had this. I have not had one in 2 years ( knock on wood) b/c i am seriously obsessed with peeing before and after sex, and I also chug water after sex like a fiend and flush myself out. Its a mood killer sometimes but it has to be done. Hope this helps someone. GOOD LUCK!
