Vacation in February?

As a teacher, I have never taken advantage of the week we get off in February. I would really love to this year, but I don't know where to go! I really wanted to go to Paris but my friend was just there in Feb and she said it was FREEZING! Any suggestions?

someplace WARM. Any place that is above 70° in the middle of winter sounds great. Maybe Hawaii? my ILs went in February and loved it...my grandfather lives there and says it's about 77° in the winter.

I would looooooooooove to go to Hawaii but I think that's a little out of our price range right now. Any place comprable?

Why not go to the carribbean? You won't have to worry about hurricanes! You could look into Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Grand Cayman...tons of warm options.

If you're on a budget, definitely look into the Bahamas or all-inclusives like Sandals.

We honeymooned in Hawaii in February - it was rainy season - rained almost every day.
