Did you girls let your jobs know yet about the time you need off for your wedding? i don't know if it is too early to put in request for leave time..i might not even be at the same job by august (i've been job hunting) what do you all think? I will need alittle more than two weeks!

I am not getting married til Nov. and I already gave my dates (I will need about 3 weeks).
They weren't thrilled but they have scheduling to do so they needed to know as far in advance as possible.
I am taking 2 weeks and maybe the friday before off. I will let them know in february. Thats when we have to let them know our vacation time.
I'm taking the two weeks after my wedding off and nothing before. My old manager knew before she left so when we eventually get a new manager I'll let her know. The person I sit next to is getting married in May and she will be taking a two-week honeymoon too.

I dont tell my job Im going away until the month before I go away. We have meetings to discuss everyones vaca and where everyone is going. Im going to ask for a month and like 2 weeks off next year. I dont take any vaca during the year only in the summer.

I am taking two if not three days before the wedding. And then a little more then two weeks after. It is 15 work days total.
now when you guys say 2 weeks do you mean..including weekends..or 14 workdays??

i took 11 days lol 1 the frida before and than 10 days not counting weekends
