vacation time from work

Did you girls let your jobs know yet about the time you need off for your wedding? i don't know if it is too early to put in request for leave time..i might not even be at the same job by august (i've been job hunting) what do you all think? I will need alittle more than two weeks!

Better safe than sorry. I'm sure it's OK if you tell them way in advance. I think it's really annoying though how many companies have that 'buddy system' - like where I work, certain departments can't all be out, which I know is a valid request, but some people have to work New Year's Eve day or the Day After Xmas because they didn't put in EARLY for it. This case in point, do it kinda early!
