I went to vegas a MONTH ago, and I gained 5 pounds and I cannot CANNOT CANNOTOOTOTOTOTOT LOSE IT. I can't go through life w/this muffin top! Please inspire me!

East Islip. I used to go to kickboxing, but then I had a falling out with my workout friend, and now I'm fat. I own an elliptical, but I just have to force myself to do it. Gr.

I jazzercise in commack and i'm serious, it so fun, the hour flies by and it tones you in no time!! think about it!

I thought it was the opposite, when you go on vaca you do lose the weight Do alot of walking, everyday for a couple of hours, that should do the trick with good eating
