HERE IS MY EARLY REVIEW ON THIS VENDOR...IM GETTING MARRIED TOMORROW SO I WENT TO PICK UP MY SATIN DRESS FROM THEM ON WEDNESDAY. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY HANDED ME A CLOSED BAG WITH THE DRESS INSIDE...SO NATURALLY I OPENED IT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS THE DRESS I ORDERED..AS IT TURNS OUT..IT WAS THE DRESS I ORDERED HOWEVER----THEY PUT TOO MUCH HOT STEAM ON IT AND RUINEDDDD THE FABRIC...MY DRESS WAS BEAUTIFUL THE MONTH BEFORE AT MY FINAL TRIAL NOW IT LOOKS LIKE THE BED AND BATH CRINKLY CURTAINS THE KIND YOU BUY FOR $20. AND I AM NOT EXAGGERATING..I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT!! THE LADY AT THE STORE DENIED SHE SAW ANY DAMAGES AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH IT...SO I WENT AND TOOK OUT THE SAMPLE FROM THE RACK...THE USED DIRTY UN-IRONED SAMPLE LOOKED BETTER THAN MINE..SO THEY OFFERED TO PRESERVE IT FOR FREE...WHOOPIE...PRESERVE THE PIECE OF #@ FOR A DAUGHTER I MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE....THEN THEY OFFERED TO SEND IT TO THE DRY CLEANERS..SO I SAID OK...I WENT AGAIN TO VALENTINA YESTERDAY TO SEE THE DRESS AND IT LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME!! THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT...NOW I HAVE TO WEAR MY DRESS AS IS BC IM GETTING MARRIED TOMORROW. THE OWNER --(@@#$#) HAD THE GALL TO SAY TO MY MOM 'YOU'RE JUST COMPLAINING BC YOU REALIZED IT'S AN EXPENSIVE DRESS AND YOU WANT MONEY BACK FOR IT' AND THE OWNERS (#@) HUSBAND SAID 'IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL' ARE U F-ING KIDDING ME??? MY DAY IS A BIG DEAL AND I SHOULDNT BE CRYING AND STRESSING BEFORE THE WEDDING!!!! I'D PAY TRIPLE IF THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME MY DRESS BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION!!! ANYWAY...JUST BE CAREFUL THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU...AND PASS ALONG THE MESSAGE BC I DON'T WANT THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE!!

I REFUSED TO GO AFTER THEY MADE ME FALL IN LOVE WITH MY FRIENDS WEDDING DRESS (AFTER I TOLD THEM TO look to see if it was her dress because she purchased he dress there too.) They do anything to make a sale- disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry this happened to you.....and remember (and I know its hard to think this way but) it's about you and FH and your joining together....with your friends and Family.
Don't know if this is possible but......I would try Davids bridal and see if you can find a dress off the rack an if you do perhaps after they hear what happened they could rush the alterations.....just a thought.

i am SO SORRY this happene to you!! i had gone to Valentina Bridal for the BM dresses and there was something off about them too. nothing i could put my finger on, and maybe others had a great experience with them, but I ended up buying the dress somewhere else.
I agree with the OP, if you are looking to replace the dress, try like a DB and see if they can rush it for you.
If not, see if you can take it to another dry cleaners and see if there is anything they can do to it for you. So you have any pictures to see what it is your talking about in regards to the crinkles?

Ugh and Ugh. I am sooo sorry that really *****. A friend of mine got her wedding dress there with no issue, however when we went shopping for BM dresses they were RUDE. Absolutely totally obnoxious. I may or may not have pulled a bridesmaid zilla told them off and told the bride if the other girls wanna deal with this crap fine but I'm out. I would file with the BBB and see if you can find out who the owner is and let him know. Also remind them that word of mouth can be the best advertising or the worse.

I ordered my dress from Valentina & my mom get her MOB gown there & we had no issues with them. Everything was perfect.

I'm so sorry!! If you do need to replace the dress, while I was shopping in the Macy's bridal salon a girl came in who was getting married in a week and they found a sample they could sell her that was absolutely perfect as is. She may have just gotten super lucky, but its another option. And like everyone said, your day will still be amazing, so try not to stress too too much.

omg, i'm so sorry this happened!!!! that is absolutely disgusting that they tried to say that you want your $$$ back because it's an expensive dress. i can't stand when people do shyt like that. and it's not a big deal?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? r they f'-ing kidding!!!! i'm sure you wanted to choke them. i'm getting my dress from them and i'm so scared that will happen. i've heard positive and negative things about them but i haven't had many dealings with them yet because my dress just came in so we'll see.
