Valentina's Bridal in Brooklyn

Hey Ladies, I just wanted to vent about this bridal salon. I finally got my pics back and as I look through them I am starting to see what a horrible job they did on the alterations. Before my wedding - yes 3 days before my wedding - Valentina's bridal made my mothers hem about 3 in. off yes off the floor. Needless to say i was very very pissed at this and we went back and forth. I don't have time to type the details right now but they did in the end fix my mothers dress but it was not 100%. (if you want details send me forum mail) By the way the gown was designed for her body by valentina's husband.
anyway I knew before hand that they messed my moms dress up but my bridesmaids dresses look like they were hardly altered at all. I was very surprised b/c I chose this place b/c I have had a great history with them in the past and have recommended soooo many people to them. I just don't understand why a person who is the seamstress for a store that has her name on it would let a client walking out w/o looking 110%. When they told her it wasn't tight enough she would say that it was.

anyway to all the girls that are going there my advice uis to be very assertive and verbal and hopefully you will get what you want.
