Fh doesnt have a cell phone i am buying one and sneaking it into his pocket or somewhere and calling it on vday to surprise him

I am also making my yearly tradional love song cd.

One year I put hershey kisses all over his floor with a teddy bear and chocolate on his bed with a note saying something to the effect of...

'now that I have kissed the ground you walk on maybe you will know how much i do love you'

cheesy i know but he thought it was so cute!

Tara - that's really cute:)

We are going to New Orleans that weekend. Although it will be with 7-9 other people - so a romantic getaway it will not be. But I am sure we are going to have loads of fun!

Re: valentine's ideas?

tara I did that too!!! LOL but mine was hershey kisses leading to the bathroom and into the shower and in the shower was flowers... and it said, 'Now that I've kissed the ground you walk on and showered you with flowers, come downstairs and find your real Valentine's day present' Which was me of course :)
Actually the best I've done is I took a bag of candy hearts and separated them so I had one of each saying (which there are ALOT of!!!) I wrote them all down and stared to write a story of us.. how we met, etc... and I made sure to use every saying from the hearts.. Ex.. 'I dreamed of the day he would say those two words... (marry me)' Then I typed it on the computer, with enough space between the lines and wherever there was the saying, I glued down the candy heart in its place.. it was the CUTEST and turned out amazing, we still have it 2 years later!!

Tara, I did the same thing with the cell phone for FH as a Christmas gift! It was great!

One of the things I'm doing for Valentine's Day is baking Pillsbury cookies that have all these Valentine's decorations on them..... You can find it in the supermarket.
